Unified Sports program for its high school students, a program created in partnership with the Special Olympics. Unified Sports unites students with and without intellectual disabilities by providing them with an opportunity to compete together in athletics, thus building community through inclusion. The Special Olympics states that the program’s founding principle is simple: “training together and playing together is a quick path to friendship and understanding.”
